How do I play online?
Sign into Game Center on your device, open Mood Wars, choose Online from the menu, and you'll be matched with another player automatically.
Why can't I find an online opponent?
Make sure you're signed into Game Center and connected to the internet. Online matchmaking depends on other players being available at the same time.
How do I unlock new characters?
Win matches to unlock additional characters for your back-row lineup. Each character has unique movement and abilities.
What do the special pieces do?
Every piece has its own ability — explosions, freezing, swapping, ranged shots, and more. Tap the How to Play screen from the menu for a full reference.
The other player sees themselves from the wrong side
This should now show each player's pieces at the bottom. If you still see the issue, please report it with your device info.
Does the game work offline?
Yes. Local pass-and-play and Vs AI work without an internet connection. Only online multiplayer requires a network.
